Good morning, dear. Well, should we start calling this 4FiveWeeks? Just kidding. We have completed a week. Yea, us! I'm actually down 4 pounds from this time last week. I know it is the first week and there is a lot of water weight in there, but it is nice to see the scale move. I had pork chops and potatoes au gratin and 2 glasses of wine for dinner last night. I'm doing better with not foraging after dinner. I think it is because I know I have to write it down and I don't want to. Living in denial had it's perks.
I did Pilates this morning and might do a little cardio this evening if I get out of work early enough. Don't have a clue as to what I'm having for dinner. That is never a good thing.
