well, I saw myself in action today. Ron went to the store for me so I could continue to clean up the new guest room. I hadn't eaten since I had the 1 breakfast taco for lunch and I had a cup of spaghetti sauce. Probably more like a 1/2 cup. Anyway, i thought I was still hungry and before I knew it I had the pretzels out and was getting the sour cream to dip it in and I had to say "STOP". It was amazing how fast it happens. Could learn to hate accountability. I ended up eating the last 2 oz. of grilled salmon. I just had dinner. Spaghetti on a small plate and a salad. 2 glasses of wine....
