Well, I've done basically okay today. I'm getting ready to go to that pump class I like so much. so far....Yogurt, fiber one bar - 240c, Salad - 90c, pea soup - 110c, crackers - 70c (that's sad isn't it?). And tonight I'm going to buy an ACCHHHHEB roasted chicken and pasta salad. According to my book, that is about 465c. That leaves me room for wine:) My headache finally went away, but I'm hyper because of the excedrin. LeAnn on drugs... not pretty.
